Brand Ambassador - Self Portrait

Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for Brand Consultant, we are looking for someone to join our thriving ladies fashion departments for our Self Portrait concession on our beautiful third floor in London - Knightsbridge. As the new Brand Consultant, you will work 40 hours a week in our flagship store., As a Brand Consultant for Jacquemus, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5

• experience. You will:


• Provide expert style advice about your brand to our customers


• Deliver a memorable 5 customer experience


• Be a proud ambassador for the brand and make sure you are maximising sales to our customers


• Show we are obsessed with style by making sure your department looks amazing and is merchandised really well


• You will know everything there is to know about your brand and be able to share your thoughts on current / future trends


• Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it


• Flexibility is a must; customer service can't wait during weekends and evenings

• Previous experience in a similar role.


• Proven experience working within the luxury retail environment, attracting new customers, and maintaining the highest standards within the industry.


• You are stylish, fun and welcoming, with a passion for fashion.
