Full Job Description

As the Brand Campaign Management Executive, you will work closely with the reporting manager to develop, execute, and deliver against key marketing initiatives and campaigns. You will contribute to development of marketing strategies and work with global and regional counterparts to lead the execution of projects end-to-end. A snapshot of what you will be doing:

  • Contribute to the development of campaign strategies and regional plans, including messaging, channels, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with agencies, internal teams, and hotel stakeholders to execute campaigns and initiatives, ensuring all deliverables are on-brief, on-budget, and on-time.
  • Oversee the adaptation and quality control of global campaign materials for the region, and drive data analysis and reporting for campaigns.
  • Manage asset libraries, monitor marketing budgets, support hotels with ad hoc marketing needs, and assist the manager with additional marketing initiatives.

    Proven experience in a Corporate Marketing environment, including technical expertise in end-to-end campaign management and global campaign adaptation.
  • Local market and consumer knowledge - especially as relevant to the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and results driven approach.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • General knowledge of hotel systems and operations preferred.
