Full Job Description
- Creating and producing exciting new tools, ideas, and layouts, while managing internal and external design projects to our brand guidelines.
- Creation of factory branding and imagery, ensuring its meeting the brief.
- Manage companywide templates for business documents and support with design approvals for markets, partners, and sponsors.
- Work with a wide range of media, including photography, CAD, illustration etc to make our work stand out from the crowd.
- Manage the file architecture of all the design work to ensure all projects can easily be located.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to pitch new ideas at the concept stage of projects, while managing and maintaining the Adobe software portfolio and fonts.
Creativity & Passion for Design: Generate innovative, visually appealing ideas that align with the brand's identity and resonate with the target audience. Genuine enthusiasm for design and branding, staying updated with industry trends, and driving continuous improvement and innovation. - Attention to Detail & Visual Communication: Ensure consistency in design elements, colours, typography, and overall aesthetics.
- Technical Proficiency & Adaptability: A budding expert in design software, executing high-quality designs efficiently and staying updated with technology trends.
- Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Promote a cohesive brand identity and ensure design work meets business needs.
