Full Job Description

The Business of Fashion is seeking a Brand & Communications Associate to provide operational support to the Brand & Communications team at BoF. The role is responsible for supporting the creation of content, campaigns and experiences that grow the BoF brand. This is an exciting opportunity reporting to the Director of Brand & Communications.,

  • You will play an important role in the smooth running of the BoF Brand & Communications team based in London by coordinating with the newsroom, marketing, design, social media and other parts of BoF to bring brand projects to life.
  • You will play an integral role in the development of The BoF 500, and other brand activations by conducting extensive research, taking notes during review meetings, sourcing imagery and setting up email communications.
  • You will provide brand support across events (summits, dinners, roundtables etc.) including researching attendees, drafting emails, sending invitations, planning seating charts and supporting image selection for press releases.
  • You will project manage community events, partnerships and content activations designed to engage our readership community and solicit their feedback on BoF's products and services.
  • EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
  • You will support the press desk by compiling clippings, testimonials and performance reports on a monthly basis.
  • You will coordinate the approval of inbound media opportunities for the BoF team.
  • You will maintain BoF's contact database by sourcing emails of key collaborators for content, events and partnerships.
  • You will build collaborative relationships with other teams and champion BoF's brand values in every interaction.
