Full Job Description

Over time we know our strategy will expand to include events, production of thought leadership and more, but initially we want to get a few key channels really working: email & LinkedIn (both the company & individual pages). Weekly Email Campaigns: Plan, write, and send a high-quality weekly email newsletter that is so valuable and engaging Founders can't help but forward on. This includes crafting compelling content, collaborating with the Brand Hackers team for updates, and monitoring performance. Newsletter Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow our newsletter subscriber base, identifying new growth opportunities, optimising sign-up processes, and analysing data to ensure consistent growth. Case Study Development: Create and deliver a comprehensive case study every two weeks. This involves listening carefully in our meetings, collaborating with the team to highlight our results and our impact in engaging ways. Content Creation for LinkedIn: Repurpose content from case studies and weekly email newsletters into engaging LinkedIn posts to drive visibility, interaction, and brand awareness. Monitor and track engagement metrics to refine and improve the content strategy. Reporting: Provide monthly summaries on key results with recommendations on how to evolve strategy.

This could be a great role for you, if you are:

  • Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering results
  • Process-driven with strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about start up marketing and really excited to dig into the latest campaign results
  • Autonomous and proactive, pushing others to achieve what's needed
  • A good brand builder who has high standards for beautiful creative and really distinctive copy
  • While we don't need you to be a designer, we would really value you being handy on Canva and we definitely need you to have a very good eye for striking design., Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a marketing agency.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy for email and social media.
  • Demonstrated experience in growing and managing newsletter lists.
  • Ability to translate case studies and internal successes into external-facing content.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn content strategies and analytics.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools also a bonus.

We build experienced, dynamic and fractional teams that fit in like puzzle pieces - providing just the right knowledge and energy at the right time. We're not your typical agency or a one-man show; we're a team of passionate professionals who eat, sleep, and breathe branding and marketing.
  • Our diverse team of experts covers all marketing mix elements, from performance and social media to web development and beyond and with over 100 brands under our belt, our Brand Hackers have a treasure trove of shared experiences. This wealth of knowledge fuels our creativity and gives us the edge. We're 4 years old and have grown from just 2 of us to 13 people with some case studies we're really proud of and a bit of a reputation (even if we say so ourselves). Every year we've grown, but over the next few years we're accelerating our ambitions and are levelling up our sales team.
