Full Job Description

A great opportunity to work on two iconic brands in an exciting marketing role. As Brand Manager for 7up & Mountain Dew you will play a pivotal role in delivering our Mission 2025 ambition for the brands in our Carbonates portfolio.

You will play a leading role on the brands and cross functional teams to deliver the in year brand plans and framework for future growth, playing a critical role in delivering the plans for your brands and Britvic.

This is a fantastic role for an ambitious individual, working on two of the UK's leading Fruit Carbs Brands. Reporting to the Marketing Controller Fruit Carbs (Tango, 7up, Mountain Dew), you will also work closely with the brand leads at PepsiCo., 1. Deliver 7up's vision: leading the business to deliver strong brand and category strategies, building excitement and commitment to brand plans
2. Work with the Marketing Controller & PespiCo to build a detailed annual activity plan.
3. Along with the Fruit Carbs Marketing Controller you will shape and deliver the business agenda for 7up through the development of business annual operating, marketing and commercial plans
4. Lead the cross-functional team to ensure clarity and delivery of priorities and projects
5. Inspire external agencies (activation and shopper) to deliver great work which leads to great outcomes for 7up
6. Accountable for the delivery of the brand AOP objectives and annual budget.
7. Manage A&P expenditure to maximise cash flow, improve working vs non-working spend ratio and maximise ROI.

1. Experience gained within a branded environment, preferably FMCG
2. A track record of successfully driving a brand led agenda in a commercial matrix organisation
3. Evidence of being able to apply an inspiring and compelling vision and brand strategy
4. An understanding of strategic brand and business planning with evidence of consumer & shopper insight-led strategy implementation
5. Experience of creating great marketing ideas that have driven real value in the market when executed BTL
6. Strong cross-functional leadership capability, both internally and with third-party agency partners. Ideally to include brand owner / global brand teams
