Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand Manager to join our Nestlé Health Science business based at our head office in Gatwick, reporting into the Senior Brand Manager. You will play an important role in leading our annual brand plans and ensuring flawless execution of these plans to deliver value across our specialist enteral portfolio., As a Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for the management of the Enteral Nutrition platform and associated brands. You will be defining brand strategy and building long-term plans to achieve ambitions aligned with the wider company vision.,

  • Work with a range of stakeholders (Nestlé HQ, cross functional Nestlé team, Marketing agencies) to ensure alignment and flawless execution of brand plans.
  • Contribute to the definition and management of the long-term local brand ambition, objectives and strategies; having been a key contributor to the process that defines the wider strategy
  • Work with the digital and sales teams to build and execute effective Omnichannel campaigns.
  • Develop engaging communication campaigns brining the Brand's Big Idea to life across various touchpoints.
  • To closely monitor industry and competitor activity, as well as brand performance, to ensure plans are maintained and adapted to a constantly changing, competitive Medical Nutrition environment
  • To deliver best in class NPD launch plans across the portfolio; ensuring maximum launch impact and continued post-launch support and evaluation to ensure delivery of key KPI's/targets.
  • To develop a comprehensive understanding of UK Medical Nutrition environment including media, competition and HCP behaviour to identify marketing issues and opportunities.
  • To support in the administration and governance of the brand such as regulatory, budgets, project management, Sales Force materials etc.

    To be successful in this role they will bring with them a wealth of experience in medical nutrition, pharmaceuticals or the healthcare industry. You will have successfully delivered on brand building KPIs. You will be a strong team player with the ability to build and grow networks, influence, and inspire. You will be at ease and confident working with cross functional, cross-cultural teams and in dealing with senior management. You will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. Acting as an ambassador for the brand, you will have great project management skills and be highly organised., Have had experience being an active player within a matrix organisation and business/project multidisciplinary teams.
  • Have previous experience of working within the medical nutrition category.
  • Have experience of developing and executing brand strategies.
  • Understand P&L and budget management being able to take ownership of these activities.
  • Demonstrate great communication presentation skills, targeting a wide audience.
  • Be able to run sizable projects and work streams from concept to delivery.
  • Be able to demonstrate great analytical skills and a strategic mind-set.
  • Be well organised with sound knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
