Specialising in premium deli products, we're on a mission to delight consumers with exceptional flavours and groundbreaking innovative products., As Brand Manager - Deli, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our brand strategy, executing impactful campaigns, and launching innovative products that resonate with consumers. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure our brands remain ahead of the curve in a highly competitive and creative market.

  • Innovate & Launch: Drive new product development (NPD) initiatives aligned with consumer trends, from concept to market success.
  • Lead Campaigns: Plan and execute dynamic, multi-channel marketing campaigns that captivate and engage.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Use market insights and performance metrics to assess brand health and refine strategies.
  • Collaborate: Work with Sales, R&D, and Operations teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact initiatives.

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of brand management experience, ideally in the chilled or perishable food sector.
  • A proven track record of launching products, executing campaigns, and driving brand growth.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
