Full Job Description

We are currently searching for an Rx Brand Manager to work within our Rx Core Marketing team to develop and implement the product strategy for our Bone Health portfolio in the NHS prescription market and active management of our wider Rx portfolio. This role is crucial in driving brand equity and portfolio growth by ensuring all key performance indicators are met through the implementation of the business plan, ensuring the delivery of Net Sales targets. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Brand Planning: prepare and implement the Bone Health brand plan to deliver the agreed Net Sales targets, including setting of budgets and KPIs.
  • Performance and Insights Analysis: track key drivers of portfolio performance including internal financials, T&R brand and competitor in-market performance. Use insights to accelerate growth / develop course correction plans as appropriate to ensure targets are met.
  • Budget Accountability: manage the Bone Health A&P budget, in line with Brand Plan priorities.
  • Production forecasting: take ownership of production forecasts across Bone Health and Rx Other portfolios, working alongside supply chain colleagues.
  • Relationship Management: build and maintain excellent working relationships with our field sales team, agency suppliers, supply chain and commercial teams to deliver the brand priorities.

    Proven commercial experience within the prescription medicines market (Bone Health in particular would be an advantage)
  • Knowledge of the NHS structure, policy, processes, and key governing bodies.
  • Understanding of brand planning processes and tactical execution, including multi-channel marketing and digital communication.
  • Expertise in driving growth and delivering strong results through effective brand plans.
  • Strategic thinking, being able to think critically and strategically, considering market dynamics and long-term objectives when developing brand plans.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.
  • Robust organizational and project management skills, adept at multitasking and prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
  • A champion of ethics who promotes integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism consistently.
