Full Job Description
- You oversee and manage the sales operations across the entire MF full line
- You develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base and drive growth
- You develop a brand strategy to promote a strong brand image
- You lead and motivate the sales and marketing team, enhancing brand awareness within the organization
- You collaborate with the Dealer Development Manager to implement and maintain the Dealer Standards Program, driving continuous improvement and dealer development, You will work hybrid 2-3 days a week in our Stoneleigh, Warwickshire site purpose to team up with your wonderful AGCO colleagues.
- +5 years experience in a related sales position and knowledge of the agricultural industry
- Excellent people management skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of work
- Profound knowledge of the dealer environment and the digitalization of dealerships
- Experienced in Sales Funnel management in a CRM environment
