Brand Manager - MOMA

We're hiring a Brand Manager to help accelerate the growth of the MOMA brand. We have huge ambitions to make MOMA the UK's most loved challenger brand in oat milk and cereals by 2030, and with a significant brand relaunch planned at the end of 2024 it's a really exciting time to join the team.You'll be a key member of the marketing team, focusing on building the brand through events, social media and shopper & trade marketing. We're looking for a creative marketer who understands how to bring brands to life in a way that engages consumers and creates strong emotional connections. You'll be line managing our Marketing & Office Assistant, and working closely with our Coffee Community Manager to build a strong presence in Speciality Coffee, alongside our traditional retail channels., As a Brand Manager your responsibilities will include;

• Event management - leading the planning and execution of 3-5 trade and consumer shows in a year, from the stand design and build, to creating all our collateral and merchandise, stand activation and team management on the day.


• Social Media - lead the strategy and day to day management of our key Social channels (Instagram, TikTok), delivering engaging content that supports our wider Marketing strategy while building a community of MOMA fans


• Shopper & Trade Marketing - support on the delivery of a strong trade and shopper marketing plan, delivering excellent creative that matches our wider marketing activity.


• Coffee activation - working with our Coffee Community Manager to develop opportunities to further our relationships and credibility in the London coffee scene, deliver exciting events and activities to engage both trade and consumers.


• Being the voice of MOMA - owning our tone of voice and being an A copywriter for all consumer touchpoints; from blog posts to social media posts and wider marketing materials


• Line Management - you'll be managing our Marketing & Office Assistant, making sure the MOMA office is a great place to work and consumer enquiries are responded to. They'll also support you in delivering your responsibilities.
  
  Previous marketing experience, ideally in a challenger brand environment


• Creative with an understanding of how to engage and excite consumers


• Previously experience in social media content development and events planning.


• A good team player with great communication skills.


• Open to challenging yourself and working outside your comfort zone
