Full Job Description
We now have a great opportunity for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Consumer business. Working within the Marketing Team you will be responsible for driving the NICORETTE brand in the Nordics, reporting to the NICORETTE Marketing Manager, Nordics. What you will do
- Drive the growth of the NICORETTE brand across the Nordics and deliver excellent execution as per the new global operating model
- Support the delivery of the in-year full P&L and share targets
- Adapt and deploy effective creative campaigns and toolkits delivered by the Nicorette BDT (Brand Development Team)
- Lead on media campaign planning and deployment including digital first initiatives across the Nordics. Working with our media partner to identify and implement media optimisation and test & learns including leading annual MMM research and campaign PCAs
- Lead in generation, approval and deployment of new claims across the Nordic's, working closely with Local Brand Activation teams, Medical and Regulatory.
- Collaborate with the Brand Activation teams in the local markets to address challenges and build opportunities that unlock share & category growth profitably with key retail partners.
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to deliver excellent end to end execution
- Facilitate the Nicorette Nordic monthly sprints ensuring the team tracks and delivers against key projects
- Support launch of strategically important NPD and ensure flawless execution.
- Support on the development and optimisation of the Nicorette Nordic owned channels including leading the brands SEO and PPC strategy.
- Use analytical skills to report and analyse on key performance metrics
- Manage and report on Brand Marketing Expenditure (BME)
Experience Required - Experience working as a Brand Manager or an experienced Assistant Brand Manager
- Marketing experience in an FMCG environment with a strong track record of performance in a matrixed organisation.
- Degree level educated or equivalent experience .
- You will have experience, developing, activating and optimising communication plans including media strategies. Creating and adapting content across multiple channels.
- Good commercial and financial acumen, including analysing and reporting on brand performance, developing actionable insight from data and BME management. What we are looking for
