We've been busy bringing on lots of consumer brands, across FMCG and DTC, to the point that we now need some extra hands on deck to help deliver great marketing. This role will suit a generalist who has experience working with B2C brands! You will...

  • Develop and execute content plans across multiple channels.
  • Write engaging and persuasive email copy.
  • Plan and coordinate large-scale marketing campaigns.
  • Implement strategic marketing initiatives for B2C brands.
  • Work directly with founders of consumer brands.
  • Collaborate with existing marketing teams or act as the primary marketing contact.
  • Balance strategic marketing planning with hands-on execution.
  • Deliver high-quality work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Assist in various marketing activities as needed, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
  • Manage and grow the presence of FMCG and DTC brands. Maintain a strategic outlook while executing day-to-day tasks to achieve business goals.


  • Experience working within marketing in a B2C focused role, ideally with FMCG brands
  • Experience working in fast paced, ideally start-up environments
  • Experience managing clients or multiple stakeholders
  • An ability to find the insights in data and turn them into actions
  • Experience managing external agencies, from creative to paid ads
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for start-up marketing
  • Strong copywriting skills and an eye for great content
  • An ability to step out of the weeds and see the bigger picture
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to move fast
  • Salary: £35,000 - 40,000k DOE Logistics: Remote role - WFH but have the ability to go to London for client meetings and team days
