Full Job Description

A Full-Time sales role overseeing a specific Paul Smith area within FENWICK. To act as a Brand Specialist, delivering consistent customer service and always maximizing sales. 1. Be The Paul Smith Ambassador for ALL PAUL SMITH product. 2. React quickly if weekly sales or monthly targets aren't achieved to ensure sales are kept in line with our expectations. 3. React quickly when sales targets are met to ensure sales are increased where possible. 4. Ensure the space is managed and always maintained. Specific Responsibilities

  • To be aware of all sales targets for the specified areas and to actively work towards achieving these set financial targets.
  • To drive and grow sales on a YOY basis To have full product knowledge of items within a specific area and to maintain a high standard of product knowledge throughout the area.
  • Attend Product Training events on a seasonal basis.
  • To ensure a high level of customer service is always maintained.
  • To maintain a regular communication with Paul Smith personnel to ensure a regular exchange of ideas and feedback takes place.
  • To develop and deliver relevant and informative feedback and trade reports on a weekly basis. To ensure, daily, that housekeeping is maintained to the Fenwicks and the Paul Smith's requisite standard, both on and off the shop floor.
  • To ensure visual standards are always maintained and guidelines are adhered to when set. Liaise with VM Team as and when required.
  • To make sure the Paul Smith brand ethos is clearly identified.
  • To maintain a good standard of appearance and to wear pre-approved seasonal clothing allowance.
  • To always promote and comply with the Stores Health and Safety Policy.
  • To ensure that stock quantities are at the desired levels by regular contact with the Paul Smith VM Team / Guidelines.
  • To liaise with the Stock Control and Buying Office at JLP, as and when required.
  • To take an active role in understanding relevant retail reports in store and actively using them when required.
  • Any other related duties that are outlined from time to time by your Line Manager, Deputy, Shop Manager and Shop Manager
