Full Job Description

In this role, you'll collaborate with partnerships, creative teams, and external resources to ensure the smooth delivery of creative concepts across our roster of partners, including Midea, Nissan, PUMA, Etihad, Nexen, and many more. Put simply, you'll support the team in producing top-tier content, ensuring everything runs on time and meets the highest standards.,

  • Supporting the City Studios commercial team in creating and implementing outstanding social content ideas that excite our clients and fans. You'll either utilise internal resources or manage external production agencies to deliver these ideas
  • Assisting with the day-to-day project management of key accounts, including tasks such as: Taking notes during status calls and brainstorms, Drafting key documents such as production timelines, information packs, video treatments, briefing documents, and campaign reports, Liaising with external suppliers and briefing internal teams, Organising logistics for video shoots, and Raising purchase orders and tracking campaign budgets
  • Attending internal and external client meetings to ensure effective communication and smooth delivery of projects for CFG partners
  • Working with the team to develop creative and innovative content ideas that bring brand messages to life, while staying on top of the latest social media trends and branded content innovations.

    A passion for video production, with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube) and an eye for emerging trends
  • Basic knowledge of social analytics, video performance metrics, and delivering on KPIs.
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bring people together
  • Proactive communication, providing regular updates to key stakeholders in an organised and clear manner., A creative mindset, bursting with ideas on how to engage a global football audience
  • While this is an entry-level position, experience with a leading social publisher, social content agency, or a comparable in-house role is a plus
  • A passion for video production and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • A strong grasp of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube) and an awareness of what's coming next
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics, video performance, and how to measure ROI
  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to ensure nothing is left to chance
  • Organised and clear communication, with a focus on keeping stakeholders updated regularly.
