Breakdown Recovery Driver

The Slide Back Breakdown Recovery Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient recovery of vehicles using slide back recovery trucks. This role involves responding to breakdowns, accidents, and other roadside incidents, providing assistance to stranded motorists, and transporting vehicles to designated locations.,

• Vehicle Recovery: Safely operate slide back recovery trucks to recover and transport vehicles from breakdown or accident sites to repair facilities or other specified locations.

• Customer Assistance: Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers, ensuring their safety and comfort during the recovery process.

• Incident Response: Respond promptly to the control room, assessing the situation on arrival and determining the appropriate recovery method.

• Vehicle Handling: Load and secure vehicles onto the slide back truck, ensuring they are safely and properly positioned for transport.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe driving practices.
