Full Job Description
- Support in managing, directing, and assisting team members in their delivery of a safe and effective programme, ensuring a motivated and happy team.
- Plan and execute structured and exciting activities that encourage maximum participation, such as multi-sports, games, arts and crafts, structured play, and more ensuring they are age appropriate.
- Ensure that there is effective communication between your Club Manager, venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre, and Central Operations. So, what does it mean to be a Childcare Deputy Club Manager?

- Are you organized, process-driven, proactive, reliable, and flexible, and would relish creating an environment where people and children can thrive? You would help plan then supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm. This includes a wide range from multi sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play. You will also implement our protocols and policies with the team members.

Hours: 22.5 hours per week during term time (with the opportunity to work up to 40 hrs per week during our holiday clubs if desired) Operational Hours: Monday to Friday - Hours: 7.30 - 9.00 & 15.00 - 18.00 Pay: £12.50 per hour Contracts Available: Term Time only or Fixed 52 week Permanent contract NB: Bus routes are very easy to get to the school, buses leave you straight outside of the school What s in it for you? - Access to 24/7 Employee Assist Programs through Health Assured.
