- Salary : £29,204.00 per year plus Tronc

- Be fanatical about standards and genuinely care about the quality of the food they prepare
- Build excellent relationships with kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep everything running smoothly

- Have previous experience as a Breakfast Chef in a hotel or restaurant
