Full Job Description
- Make the day start in the right way for our guests, some would say it's the most important meal of the day and we would agree!
- Run the breakfast shift like you own the kitchen, preparing for the day, clearing down and writing up your orders for our Head Chef
- Open to a clean kitchen and leave with a clean kitchen, we know how important this is for any chef and so do our brigade
- Help develop our brigade by sharing knowledge and techniques, not just with our more junior chefs but with the whole team, we are all here to learn
