  • rated property, is currently recruiting for a Breakfast Manager in our Palm Court lounge. The dazzling Palm Court is famed as the place where the tradition of afternoon tea was born over 150 years ago. In this role, you will take the overall responsibility for the effective running and organisation of the breakfast service.
  • As a Palm Court Restaurant Manager, your main role will be to:
  • establish and maintenan an effective Breakfast operation with an emphasis on high class, efficient, courteous service
  • recruit, retain, lead, develop and inspire the Breakfast team in delivering excellent service and build guest loyalty
  • adopt a strategic approach in achieving business results
  • lead and drive the daily operations of breakfast service
  • maintain and promote a quality product whilst keeping abreast of changes in the market place
  • demonstrate a real understanding of achieving and maintaining quality through effective service management
  • work collaboratively with management colleagues to further the overall business objectives of the hotel, We are extremely proud to be recognised as an environmentally conscious hotel, constantly striving to improve our eco policies and initiatives to help preserve our world for future generations.
