Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to support with the day-to-day provision of our free school breakfasts, ensuring the children receive a healthy start to the school day in a safe and caring environment.

The National School Breakfast Programme exists to support children's development and believe that through the delivery of a healthy school breakfast without barriers or stigma, we can set up children to succeed, providing the very best chance to learn.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of this provision by preparing the bagels before supporting in their delivery to classrooms for registration. They will ensure food hygiene practices are followed throughout and stock levels are managed across the products delivered by the scheme.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All staff and volunteers are expected to share in this commitment. We ensure stringent safer recruitment practices are completed and require applicants to be willing to undergo child protection and social media screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.
