Broker Distribution Management Support

Allianz Trade are looking for their next Broker Distribution Management Support to join our Canary Wharf office. Reporting to the Head of Broker Management, you will be responsible for supporting the Broker Management and Broker Distribution teams.

What you will do:

- Support all aspects of Broker Distribution management.
- Produce accurate statistics & reports as directed.
- Maintain Account Management reports.
- Maintain New Business reports and dashboards.
- Produce meeting material for management team.
- Maintain department Organisation charts.
- Maintain Approved Broker List.
- Manage Broker and Customer Contact Data.
- Manage monthly/quarterly Commission payments for staff.
- Resolve Broker Commission queries with Credit Control.
- Assist Marketing with events.
- Be a Data Privacy champion

Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to create and maintain advanced excel spreadsheets.
- Be innovative and able to find solutions for challenges.
- Collaborate with team mates and across other departments.
