Full Job Description

We have an exciting secondment opportunity up to the end of April 2025 for a Grade 6 (Interim) Budget and CAFM Officer. Reporting to the Head of CAFM, you will be responsible for supporting budgeting, administration, financial monitoring, and processing system support for Facilities Management and Compliance (FMC) Operations, within the Estates and Facilities Directorate.

With demonstrable skills and experience in implementing and supporting change, system development experience, you should hold an AAT and/or be working towards ACCA/CIMA. You will have significant experience of managing varying transactional teams within an operational environment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret, present and communicate complex financial information to colleagues of all disciplines in an enthusiastic and proactive manner.

Experience of working within an Estates and / or Facilities Management environment, showing an understanding of maintenance deliverables, estate management operational needs and project management experience is desirable.
