Full Job Description

The IDG Budget Operations and Transformation Manager will support the building and maintenance of a unified budget framework that supports with E2E operations for marketing across all geos in IDG and potentially the rest of Lenovo. The unified budget framework will build based on the Power Platforms ecosystem with connections to Anaplan, Ariba and other partner tools leveraged by the marketing organization. The core principles of the unified framework is to optimise the marketing operations through structured process and automation, while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. As part of this role, the IDG budget operations and transformation manager is expected to:

  • Support the building of a global deployment roadmap for the unified budget framework
  • Create a detailed project plan including a feasibility study to understand that resource requirements to complete the deployment successfully
  • Manage the project management around global deployment
  • Create and document the maintenance process, training documents, FAQs, etc. to support geos maintain the framework independently after deployment
  • Work with partners such as CDTO, Alliance partners, etc. to continually add connections to Power Platforms to further streamline
  • Designing and managing the process around enhancements request and creating roadmaps and for deployment globally
  • Trouble-shooting / POC for geo issues
  • Managing the technology agency relationship for the unified budget framework
