Building Control Surveyor

• validating, examining and determining applications submitted under building regulations and associated legislation in line with Class 2A to Class 2F registration as agreed.
• recording detailed and accurate records within the services computerised systems.
• instigating enforcement procedures, preparing reports and statements to the council s solicitor and appearing in court as a prosecution witness as required
• carrying out inspections of dangerous structures, taking appropriate action.
• exercising and promoting a high level of customer satisfaction.

Do you have minimum Class 2A-2F registration with the Building Safety Regulator? Do you have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience working in building control either within Local Government or the private sector?
