Building Information Modelling (BIM) Manager

As we continue to innovate, the effective use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) is critical in the management of our healthcare infrastructure. We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Manager to join our team and help lead the way in transforming our healthcare environments through data-driven design and construction., As a Building Information Modelling (BIM) Manager, you'll provide expert technical Digital/BIM estates input into the Site Development Plan, Estate Development Programme, Future Hospital Programme, Decarbonisation Strategy and Climate Change Adaptation Plan. You'll be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of BIM processes and standards across the NHS estate. Working closely with project teams, architects, engineers, and contractors, you'll ensure the effective use of BIM technology throughout the design, construction, and maintenance phases of healthcare facilities.
