Building Services Technician

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented MEP Revit Technician to join our team at our office in London (St Pauls) to produce BIM Models & drawings for all stages of design ensuring the effective design of some of the most exciting building design projects in the world.
As part of our established team of expert engineers and Revit technicians, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will produce detailed 2D sheets, and will also develop, design coordinated 3D BIM models. The Skills

Having already been accredited with a relevant HNC/HND (or equivalent) and having worked at BIM level 2, or have gained strong practical experience of using Revit MEP in a similar building services-based role, you are adept at planning and organising your workload and communicating effectively with engineering teams. You have sound knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM360 / ACC and other common data environments, have proven experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines, and crucially - share Cundall's passion for creative, sustainable and intuitive design.
Experience in and around Asset Data and knowledge of Dynamo / scripting would be advantageous.
