Full Job Description
- Provide professional building surveying duties including building inspections, acquisition surveys, dialpidations, contract administration, design specification and procurement of new build residential commercial and agricultural buildings, maintenance and refurbishment projects, schedules of condition and party wall awards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Generate work for the Building & Project Consultancy team and other departments through networking and business development activities
- Please note that this is an office based role
MRICS qualified with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience in a building surveying environment - Thorough knowledge of building surveying, contract administration, party wall act and dilapidations
- A commitment to high standards while meeting deadlines
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and show initiative
- Excellent academic, professional, and personal record
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate, negotiate, and lead effectively
- Valid driving licence and own car
Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience and mileage allowance - Competitive base salary

We are on the lookout for an experienced RICS-Qualified Surveyor to join our dynamic Building Surveying Team. Our team deals with surveying and advising on all aspects of residential, commercial, mixed use and rural properties including design, specification, tender/procurement, contract administration, party wall act, dilapidations, defect diagnosis and inspection reports.
This role is ideal for a RICS Building Surveyor with solid surveying experience.
