Building Surveyor

This Building Surveyor role offers the option to work across a variety of sectors across the Midlands, including healthcare, residential, retail, education, leisure, mixed-use developments, commercial, heritage and conservation.

You will have wide ranging responsibilities as a Building Surveyor, including
condition surveys, preparing schedule of works, specifications, project management, contract administration, and much more!

• Construction related Degree in Building Surveying,

Project Management, etc

• Minimum 3

years' relevant experience in professional Building Surveying or Project Management

• Positive, can do attitude


• Able to work autonomously

and also within a team

• Proficient user of AutoCAD and

Microsoft packages

• Full UK driving licence
