Full Job Description

We are looking for an accomplished salesperson to work across our five divisions (Manned Guarding, Construction, Fire & Security, Facilities Management and Bespoke (close protection, celebrity, TV & Film etc) who knows what it takes to work within a busy sales environment, where you will be responsible for aspects such as:

  • Building & maintaining strong relationships

  • Lead generation

  • Setting your own appointments

  • Using our CRM management system

  • Brand & Marketing awareness using channels such as LinkedIn.

  • Quote generation - Including use of a cost model system.

  • Tender submissions

  • Security surveys

  • Customer meetings

  • Delivering PowerPoint presentations

    You will be able to communicate on all levels with prospective customers and colleagues.


  • Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years of previous experience working within a sales environment in the Security industry.

    You should have a positive attitude and be determined and resilient, with a keen eye for attention to detail.

    You will be able to source the correct information from a customer/prospect in order to ensure that you sell them a solution that fulfils their needs.

    You will not be phased by an initial £1,000,000 target which equates to sales of £83,333 per month.

    You will have a warm, outgoing, and vibrant personality.

    You will be confident to work both in a team as well as independently when required., We are looking for dedicated Industry professionals to join our MSS team who are committed to themselves and the company, who have excellent communication skills at all levels and who maintain a professional approach to all tasks.

    A minimum of 5 years sales experience is required together with a 3-year working knowledge of security services and applicants with customer focus and service delivery at the forefront of their agenda.

    Experience in either Static Security or Electronic Security Solutions would be an advantage.,
  • Security Management: 3 years (preferred)

  • Security Industry Sales: 5 years (preferred)

    Salary: £37,000 plus commission OTE £52500, Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: £37,000.00 per year
