Bursary Administrator Education for Industry Group Permanent Part-Time 0.555FTE (22.2 hours per week), Term Time Only Electra House - London, EC2M 6SQ About the Role Join our dynamic team at the EFI as a Bursary Administrator and empower student success through financial support and guidance! As Bursary Administrator, you'll assist the Bursary Officer in administering student support funds and loans, overseeing the bursary and loan application process. You'll assess applications, provide advice on Advanced Learner Loans, collect required evidence, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in student engagement, offering guidance throughout the bursary process, supporting recruitment and enrolment activities, and contributing to the wider Registry team's efforts. About You
- Qualifications: Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Experience: Proven experience in an administrative function and of working with students.
- Expertise: An understanding of FE College student information systems and their operation and knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Passion: You will be a positive and proactive team player with strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and outstanding organisational abilities - ready to make a meaningful impact!
