Bushes / NVH / Mounts Lead Engineer (Chassis)

Reporting to the Head of Chassis, you will be responsible for As the Chassis - Bushes & Mounts Lead Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and refinement of the chassis components for Forseven's EVs. Working closely with the design, engineering, and production teams, you will lead the development of innovative solutions for a range of chassis bushes and mounts. Your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance, durability, and safety of Forseven's vehicles. What you will do:

• Design/delivery ownership of EDU, Suspension and subframe bushes.
• Support D & D to meet targets in terms of NVH, stiffness, durability, load control, dynamic attributes & package.
• Defining product technical specifications that meets vehicle, system, manufacturing, service and quality targets.
• Deliver components that meets project milestones without compromising tech targets.
• Supporting Vehicle dynamics with Technical feasibility studies and define product spec.
• Defining CAE and durability boundary conditions and targets
• Defining DVP. Arrange and support track and rig tests accordingly.
• Monitoring engineering completion (DFMEA progress, Part releases, and DVP status), Supplier Selection, Supporting purchasing on cost and lead time.

  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in the design and development of chassis components, particularly bushes and mounts
• Knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes relevant to chassis component design
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret test data and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work in cross-functional teams
