Full Job Description

Our Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) organisation partner with a range of global customers, working closely with major airlines such as British Airways, easyJet, Wizz Air, Iberia, Vueling, Air Canada, Etihad and Qatar.,

  • Set up and secure cutting tools and precision components plus adjust and operate specialist machine tools in order to perform precision machining operations
  • Monitor and adjust feed and speeds during the machining process to ensure efficiency of both the machine and speed of process
  • Use a wide and varied range of precision measuring equipment
  • Read component maintenance manuals, complex drawings and engineering layout information in order to determine methods and sequences of operations needed to complete repairs of parts within specified dimensions and tolerances
  • Diagnose machine or tool malfunctions and to determine need for adjustment or repairs

    Ideally would have experience in the aerospace or the automotive sectors
  • Candidates would ideally have experience in conventional Lathe Turning and Honing

    You will be required to work shift rotations comprising of Days, Lates, Nights and when required Weekends
