Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Account Manager to join our Sales team, working in the Home Baking division. The main focus of this role will be on Discounters with a focus on variety Discounters and may include some Retail accounts. This is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, with the ideal start date being as soon as possible., We're looking for someone who can be responsible for the commercial sales strategy for a mix of existing business and new business across Discount channels and/or multiple Retailers across our Home Baking category. You will have a proven track record of developing and executing plans to drive volume, sales and profit in your accounts and experience of successfully managing multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. This is a home based role, but travel to our UK based sites in Leeds and Leyland, our customer sites and (where necessary) our global sites is essential.     You'll have at least 3 years experience of working within an FMCG environment and within Discount or Retail Channel
  • You'll be able to demonstrate your sales and account management experience, with a strong negotiation and influencing skill set, and true understanding of customer needs.
  • We'd like an individual who is a true team player who is keen to learn and also share their skills and experience with others.
  • You'll have a solution orientated mindset with the ability to overcome obstacles and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • We'd love to see your strong numerical, analytical and data interpretation skills alongside your ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and building excellent relationships.
