Full Job Description

To support the outpatient team and provide administration cover across the Secretariat team for Breast Services. Work alongside the PPA to type and send clinic letters. Assist in the preparation of Breast MDT's such as notes and trolley preparation. Changing appointments at the patients' request always ensuring maximum clinic utilisation. Updating patients' details and ensuring all paperwork and electronic information is updated in a timely manner. Preparing of Green files in preparation for clinics. Other general office duties including answering patients' questions on the telephone and assisting the clinical team with their enquiries for the patients attending the service. Scanning and uploading of documents. Assist the Clinical Administrator, MDT Coordinators, Waiting List Co-ordinators and PA in relation to daily duties.
