  • Administrative Support: Prepare and manage paperwork, maintain databases, and assist in monitoring workloads and referrals.

  • Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring queries are directed to the appropriate departments.

  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange, type up minutes, prepare agendas, and send out meeting invites.

  • General Office Duties: Filing, printing, photocopying, and managing both incoming and outgoing post.

  • Team Collaboration: Support Housing Income and Money & Benefit Support Officers in managing accounts.

  • Flexibility: Take on additional duties as required to support the team

  • Requirements:
  • Educational Qualifications: English and Maths GCSE grades 4 - 9 (A-C) or Level 2 Functional Skills English and Maths or equivalent.

  • Eligibility: You must have lived in the UK, Gibraltar, EEA, Switzerland, or EU overseas territories for at least the previous 3 years.
