Full Job Description

We have been working with our training providers for many years now to 'grow our own' apprentices, many of whom are still working here with us and continuing their development and progressing into new roles. This role will be supported with a Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship.

Working as part of the busy Residential Conveyancing team you will work alongside our Legal Executives and Assistants supporting them with administrative tasks related to the conveyancing process. You will be given training on areas of the conveyancing process.

Key tasks and Accountabilities

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post

  • Dealing with telephone enquiries from clients and other third parties

  • General administrative support to the team

  • Providing support to our New Business and Post Completion teams, when required

  • Providing Reception cover, when required, This apprenticeship will take approximately 12 16 months to complete and you will need to take responsibility for completing your coursework on time. You will be given the opportunity to develop a career of your choice, on successful completion of your apprenticeship.

  • The salary for this role will be in line with government guidance

  • A starting annual leave entitlement of 31 days (including bank holidays) increasing by a further 2 weeks with service

  • Full-time hours which are lower than many employers at 35 hours per week over Monday to Friday
