You will predominately provide an administrative service to the Executive Assistant Team which will enable you to develop your skills, knowledge and experience in all aspects of business administration., You will be supporting the Executive Assistants to provide a high quality, efficient and timely administration function.

You will be involved in the co-ordination and administration of meetings and events and be a friendly point of contact for queries to the team.

You will have the opportunity to support on a wide range of projects enabling you to learn from a variety of colleagues and gain the best possible exposure to all areas of business administration.

Supervision and support (direct and indirect) will be provided during all tasks, with progression being dependent on the completion of set objectives throughout the training period. This will enable the apprentice to work within the organisation to gain confidence, experience and build a portfolio of evidence for apprenticeship accreditation. You will be provided with dedicated study time and will be supported in the work environment by an experienced and friendly team.

As part of this role, you will be required to complete and pass the Level 3 Business Administration NVQ.
