Full Job Description

Learn and perform routine administration tasks for the Timberpak Leeds site as directed.
- Manage diaries, schedules, and timetables.
- Store, retrieve, and archive information physically and electronically.
- Organise meetings and take minutes.
- Deal with suppliers and customer accounts.
- Input figures and process quotations/invoices.
- Conduct telephone work and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Undertake purchasing duties as required.
- Liaise effectively with the site Administration team.
- Book transport and undertake any other reasonable duties as agreed by the Site Manager.

For all our apprenticeships, we are looking for self-motivated learners with excellent interpersonal skills as you will be working with a range of departments. You will also need the following:
- Good standard of secondary education with a minimum of 5 GCSEs grade C / 4 or above, including Maths and English.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Well-organised, efficient, and possessing a confident telephone manner.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
