Full Job Description

To attend regular meetings with the supervisor and assessor, and attend training sessions leading to an Apprenticeship Qualification in Business Administration Level 2. This consists of a National Combined Vocational Qualification and functional skills in English, Mathematics and Information Technology (if required) along with Employment Rights. ", + You will be expected to follow administration processes.
+ You will gain an understanding of the working environment and develop key skills throughout which will support your progression towards your apprenticeship and longer term within the organisation.
+ You will be given task in support to achieve your level 2 business administration apprenticeship.
+ Part of the role is to attend regular meetings with the department supervisor and apprenticeship assessor. You will be required to attend training sessions leading to an Apprenticeship Standard in Level 2 Business Administration. You will be required to work towards the knowledge, skills, and behaviours within the Apprenticeship and organisation.
+ · To answer/deal with clinical and non-clinical queries, both face to face and via the telephone, take messages and communicate effectively to the relevant member of staff in an appropriate and timely manner
+ · Data input, photocopying, scanning , filing and typing duties as directed

Working for our organisation
It is expected that the chosen candidate be a team player, have a reliable work ethic, excellent customer care skills and sense of accountability whilst supporting the Community Mental Health Team by assisting with a variety of admin tasks across all disciplines as needed.
Your typical working week will be 4 days (9-5pm ) working in support of the service, and one day study to make up the 5-day week, Applications will be transferred to the TRAC system, by completing an application you are giving authorisation for the transfer of your data. In submitting an application form, you authorise us to confirm any previous NHS service details via the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) Inter Authority Transfer (IAT) process. Including factual reference, occupational health clearance and statutory and mandatory training records
