Full Job Description

This role will play an important part in the support and delivery of the Economy, Employment & Skills Team, helping them to deliver a vital range of services to Tameside residents, employers, schools and colleges.

Your essential qualifications'

  • Good standard of English and Math's: Functional Skills, minimum level 1 or equivalent.
  • Your essential skills, knowledge and experience;
  • Dealing with customers
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience of using new technology including Microsoft office,
  • Spreadsheets and/or databases
  • Literacy skills
  • Tactful and diplomatic manner
  • Ability to work as a member of a team
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to work
