Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for administration and support? We are seeking a dedicated Business Administration Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our services while fostering positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors.   • Create and maintain comprehensive resident and employee files.
  • Conduct thorough screening of all staff in line with safer recruitment processes.
  • Support the employee and resident lifecycle administration.
  • Provide an efficient and effective office management service.
  • Ensure financial and regulatory compliance within the service.
  • Complete regular reconciliations of accounts, including personal allowances, invoices, and petty cash.
  • Administer payroll hours, ensuring payroll deadlines are met.
  • Assist the Registered Manager with any debt queries.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, staff, relatives, and visitors.

    At least 2 years of previous experience in office administration.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects effectively.
  • Self-motivated and flexible, with a commitment to meeting the needs of the service.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
