Business Administrator

As a Business Administrator, you will:

• Need to provide excellent customer service at all times


• Assist Stakeholders / Customers with billing queries


• Assist in financial administration.


• Liaise with insurances companies to gain authorisation for upcoming surgery.


• Contact patients prior to admission for payments when self-funding


• Resolve Data Quality issues.


• Work with the Business Administration Manager to continually improve process


• Support any other Business Administration requirements within the department
  
  A confident communicator with proven experience of dealing with customer queries


• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines


• Have excellent IT skills (Outlook/Excel/Word)


• Have a strong attention to detail


• Ability to develop good working relationships with key stakeholders within the business


• Be educated to GCSE level in English and Maths - NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent desirable.
