Full Job Description

Part time (22.5 hours) Dynamic and experienced administrator wanted to help lead our admin function in the Teign Core Community Mental Health team. Based in our Newton Abbot offices, the 22.5 hours can be worked over 3 days or across the week but must include Monday. This role works together with another administrator to lead a dedicated admin team working in partnership with our clinical team managers and colleagues in delivering high quality, patient-focused care.,

  • Lead and manage the administrative team, ensuring efficient and effective work flow responding to demand.
  • Support the Team Managers in daily administrative tasks and strategic planning.
  • Advocate for and lead the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Ensure all administrative processes meet the high standards and values of the trust.
  • Utilise IT and office systems, including System 1 and Microsoft Office - MS Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook are essential.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and staff.
  • Develop and implement office management procedures to improve efficiency.
