Full Job Description
- Produce accurate care worker rotas on a weekly basis, ensuring all calls are covered with support from the Care Co-Ordinator and Registered Manager
- To assist in completing risk assessments and care plans for the service users with support from the Care Co-Ordinator and Registered Manager to build up skillset
- To assist in the recruitment for the business via Indeed, media platform.
- Communicate and liaise with all office personnel, social workers, Service Users, service user families and Care Workers etc
- To take phone calls pertaining to the business and update office staff there and then or via an email/phone call if they are not in the office.
IT skills in Excel, Word and know how to document according to Health and Social care standards. - Self-motivated
- Organisational skill and the ability to organise their own day and liaise with office staff
- Flexible
- Caring
- An active team player but also able to work on own initiative
- A good communicator with staff and service user families
- Positive attitude to own health and work attendance record
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- To be proficient in using Word, Excel and software's for rotas, Grade 4 for above in Math's and English
