Full Job Description
As our new apprentice, you will be the first point of contact for callers and visitors to the school, offering guidance and assistance in person and by telephone. You will provide clerical support to the school, and members of the Leadership Team under the guidance of the Admin Officer, School Business Manager and Headteacher.Who are we looking for? To be successful in this role you will:
- have an awareness of office procedures and equipment
- To be able (with training) to maintain office administrative systems
- To receive visitors in a welcoming way, answer queries, and cope with parents, assistants/visitors according to guidelines set
- awareness of the roles of a receptionist and clerical assistant
- to work as part of a team Our apprentices work alongside experienced staff to gain skills related to their job whilst also studying towards a Level 3 School Administrator Apprenticeship.
