About the Opportunity The role will be responsible for the administration requirements of the construction team, ensuring efficient administration and delivery of our activities across the project. This role is based fulltime, on-site at Hinkley Point C. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office and project operations.
  • Arranging meetings, recording meeting minutes, updating action logs, and booking site work areas, as required.
  • Managing the collation and submission of timesheet information and expenses for the craft team.
  • Managing the application process for site passes and assisting with site inductions.
  • Assisting with ordering Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the team.
  • Processing Purchase Orders and assisting with the delivery arrangements of goods coming to site.
  • Assisting the document control and handover team, as required.
  • Collating and editing presentations as well as assisting management with various ad hoc administrative requirements to meet the needs of the business.

  • Discretion & trustworthiness required to work on a nuclear licensed site.
  • Strong organisational and logistical skills and experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to provide an agile and flexible service.
  • Ability to work across organisations and to multi-task and work under own initiative.
  • Able to work under short term pressure to resolve emerging issues in a timely and responsive manner.
  • Be competent in using all Microsoft office applications.
  • Ability to react to an ever changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to achieve BPSS clearance to work in the UK, a full UK driving license, and evidence of the right to work in the UK.
