Full Job Description

DP World is looking for a Business Administrator, working from our European Head Office location in London (Victoria). Our i28 project team focusses on 4 important Drivers: our grow program and strategy, initiate projects and support different projects in our Grow strategy, Revenue, Ebit, Amount of people working in DP World. About the role How you will contribute

  • Responsible for the i28 Coordination (On behalf of the i28 Central Team): planning ahead, proper scheduling, organization, collate and prepare information and data for meetings, presentations and similar, as requested, post follow up (take notes, minutes of meetings, action lists and follows up with the relevant individuals), administration, emails, calendar invites, calls, meetings and ensure actions are closed out/actioned upon for regular meetings.
  • Responsible for the management of the i28 Mailbox (On behalf of the i28 Central Team): Setting up an auto response, mailbox structure, frequent reviews - Actions, Archiving, Improvement.
  • Responsible for managing, responding to requests, priorities etc. (On behalf of the i28 Central Team): Ensures accurate document control and issuing for the team, discussing, aligning, following through
  • Supporting low-level projects: 1. Work with the team and take ownership of queries arising from emails from other departments. 2. Coordinate and manage all meeting rooms and associated support required for such. 3. Coordinate effective administration requirements for the team.
  • Any other ad hoc administration tasks within the scope of the role.

    Business Administration or similar qualification or experience.
  • Ability to manage high workloads at times with conflicting deadlines.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, flexible attitude, organizational skills and attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to take ownership of work as well as a displaying a willing and 'hands on' approach.
  • Trustworthy and able to treat business and personal information with respect and confidence.
  • Effective and strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Superior time management skills / ability to work to demanding deadlines.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, MS Teams and PowerPoint packages to competently use
  • Computer software to create documents, databases, spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Good English language and Numerical skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
