We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate to join our forward thinking and dynamic Change Delivery team. This role can be based anywhere within the UK, however there will be a requirement to visit our Skipton office if required.

Our Business Analysts work independently or in support of the Project Managers on major strategic projects, software development projects, or process improvements emanating via the demand management channel.

Touching the majority of our business units, this opportunity gives the jobholder the chance to work on a variety of challenging initiatives, providing the platform to build an enviable knowledge base across all our products, whilst enhancing his/her relationships across all levels of management and staff.

We are looking for individuals with the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment, and who can work closely with the business and technology teams to effectively deliver change. Working within projects or pushing through process improvements, the successful candidate will be expected to hold all the skills necessary to service multiple work streams (including people, process and technology).,

  • Analyse complex issues and identify root causes

  • Work collaboratively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to elicit requirements acceptance criteria to ensure the business objectives and product vision is being delivered

  • Develop requirements and produce high quality process flows

  • Create and run test cases

  • Validate business cases to ensure all benefits are measurable

  • Present analysis and process reviews to stakeholder and project groups

  • Manage workshops and meetings with business and technology

  • Identify risks and track through to resolution

  • Support the business to ensure readiness for change (e.g. UAT, Training, documentation etc.)

  • Implement process improvements and system deployments

  • Work to agreed deadlines and coordinate others accordingly

    As an experienced candidate we're looking for someone who can demonstrate capability in the standard BA skills, methods, and techniques, or developing towards this.


  • As a fast-paced organisation no two days are the same, therefore we are looking for you to be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, get to grips with complex projects/data and add value to us by seeing the 'bigger picture' and driving continuous improvement in not just what you do but what we do.

    Building and maintaining strong working relationships will come naturally to you and you should be able to evidence your ability to operate at all levels across the business, with clients and 3rd parties. Equally, you will have good negotiation and influencing skills and won't be afraid to challenge the status quo when needed.

    Key skills and experience required:
  • Demonstrate experience of analysing complex issues and identifying root causes

  • Documenting and/or designing business processes

  • Change Management - has a positive, pragmatic and collaborative approach

  • Understands Cost / Benefit analysis and financial impact

  • Demonstrate experience liaising with stakeholders to elicit requirements and/or improvement opportunities using a broad range of technologies or frameworks

  • A good communicator, experienced on multiple levels via multiple channels

  • Ability to articulate requirements and tailor to target audience

  • Demonstrate successful and timely project delivery

  • Ensures commitments are met, solicits opinions and ideas

  • Shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills
