Business Analyst

You will be joining the Project Management team and as a Senior Business Analyst you will provide business analysis services to the business during projects and pre-project activities. To succeed in this role you will:

+ Lead or participate in multiple projects owning various project documentation, managing scope, determining daily priorities.
+ Manage customer relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Provide leadership to team members and peers.
+ Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in information systems.
+ Support and align efforts to meet Customer and Business needs / stay current with customer needs and strategies.
+ Ensure solutions support the organisations' business goals/strategy and aligns with IT strategy.
+ Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis.
+ Create, review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and make recommendations related to proposed solutions.
+ Critically analyse business / process requirements of the client and recommend a solution through review, negotiation and agreement.
+ Interpret business requirements into technical requirements and interface/communicate recommendations into the IT team to enable technical specification and development.
+ Participate in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate system designs and validate proposed solutions.

+ Good understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques, ideally project management practitioner accreditation.
+ Significant experience of project methodologies - agile, waterfall, etc.
+ Excellent analytical skills including complex data analysis - applying thinking, gathering and analysing information using various tools and techniques.
+ Business process improvement techniques and business modelling.
+ Critical thinking and problem solving.
+ Strong stakeholder relationship management.
+ Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
